It does not include budgeting, guest-list management, seating-plan design, supplier booking or an on-site coordinator. You provide the decisions and confirmed arrangements.

Editing, printing and delivery

This is a digital download; no physical product is shipped. After successful payment, your download link is delivered automatically.

For typing, download the fillable PDF and open it in a PDF form reader such as free Adobe Acrobat Reader. A desktop or laptop is recommended. The form fields can be filled without buying a PDF editing subscription. Mobile editing varies by reader.

For handwriting, print the blank version on A4 or US Letter paper. Use ordinary paper for the cut-out labels. Save, reopen and check your completed copy before sharing or printing.

Common questions

Can I make sheets for several helpers?
Yes. Save a new copy for each helper and fill the personal responsibility page. Print or save the relevant page as a static PDF to share. Keep separate working files rather than merging interactive forms.

Can I change colours, fonts and the layout?
The writing fields are editable. The page design is fixed; this is not a Canva or Word template.

Can I send it to my venue and suppliers?
You can share your completed instructions for your wedding. Confirm the jobs and arrangements with the people involved before the day.

What if I need help with a file?
