Who we are

Vow and Ready is a sole-proprietor business based in South Africa. These terms apply to purchases from https://vowandready.com. Contact: hello@vowandready.com; +27 82 755 1278.

What you are buying

Our products are downloadable wedding setup and handover resources, not a physical binder or a wedding coordination service. The product page describes the files, formats, examples and price included in your purchase. Examples are fictional. The worksheets help you organise your own instructions; they do not guarantee a particular wedding-day outcome.

Orders and payment

Review the product description, price and your email address before placing an order. Payment is due at checkout using the methods shown there. The checkout states the currency and total, including any applicable taxes. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees. A purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send your order confirmation. If we cannot supply a paid order, we will contact you and refund it.

Delivery and using the PDFs

Your download link is sent automatically after successful payment. See our Digital delivery policy for delivery help and compatibility details. The pack arrives as a ZIP file; extract it before opening the PDFs. A computer and compatible PDF form reader are recommended for fillable pages. Save and reopen a completed file to check that your entries are retained. Printing and internet access are your responsibility.

Your licence and permitted sharing

You may use and adapt the purchased worksheets for one wedding. You may print copies and share the files needed for that wedding privately with your partner, helpers, venue and suppliers. You retain ownership of the information you enter.

You may not resell the pack, redistribute blank templates, publish the files or download link publicly, or use the templates as a product for other customers. Copyright in the original templates, wording and layout remains with Vow and Ready. After a full refund, your licence ends and you should delete copies and stop using the pack.

Your wedding instructions

You are responsible for checking names, timings, responsibilities and contact details with the people involved, and for following venue and supplier requirements. Share only the personal information each helper needs. We do not provide legal, safety or professional event-management advice.

Refunds and problems

Our Return and refund policy provides a 14-day refund period, including downloaded files, and preserves your statutory rights. Contact us if the content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and records

Our Privacy policy explains how order, contact and website information is handled. Buying or downloading a free worksheet does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing signup is optional and you can unsubscribe.

Keep your order confirmation, download and a copy of these terms. You may save or print these pages. If you need a copy of your order record, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.

Questions, disputes and changes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your country of residence. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a regulator or seeking a remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. The date above identifies this version.
