14-day refund policy

If the pack is not right for you, email hello@vowandready.com within 14 days after purchase to request a full refund. This applies even if you have downloaded the files. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason.

Problems with your files

If a file is missing, damaged, not accessible or materially different from its description, contact us so we can help with a replacement, correction or refund as appropriate. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content. We also refund duplicate purchases made in error.

How refunds work

We will process an eligible refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We do not deduct a restocking or processing fee. Currency conversion differences or charges independently imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

There is no physical item to return. After a full refund, stop using the pack and delete your copies, including copies shared with your helpers. We may disable the download link.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. If the law gives you a longer cancellation period or additional remedies, those rights apply. Downloading a file does not, by itself, waive those rights.
